Fast scanner User Terms

Welcome to use Fast scanner! This User Terms (the “Terms”) is a legal agreement between you and the service provider of Fast scanner (hereinafter referred to as “we”). Please read the Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, and using this APP, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using.

I. Service Content

Fast scanner provides you with functions such as QR/barcode scanning, document scanning, QR/barcode generation, etc. We may adjust or update the services according to business needs. You can obtain the latest version through the Apple App Store. This APP is only available for download from the Apple App Store. Any risks arising from using versions obtained through unofficial channels shall be borne by you.

II. User Conduct Requirements

During use, the following actions are prohibited:

• Disseminating illegal or infringing content;
• Damaging or tampering with the APP's functions;
• Unauthorized collection of others' information;
• Performing reverse engineering on the APP, such as disassembly or decompilation;
• Using unauthorized third - party plugins or software;
• Engaging in other acts that violate laws, regulations, or these Terms.

If you violate the above provisions, we reserve the right to take measures such as restricting use or terminating services.

III. Privacy and Intellectual Property

2. The intellectual property rights of Fast scanner belong to us or the right holders. You retain the intellectual property rights of the content you upload through the APP, but grant us a global, royalty - free, non - exclusive license for the purposes of service provision. Without prior authorization, you are prohibited from copying, modifying, or disseminating content related to the APP.

IV. Liability and Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other issues caused by network failures, hacker attacks, force majeure, etc., but will make every effort to minimize the impact.
